HYVE Homes first began in Santaquin, Utah. The founder, Jimmy Degraffenried, was originally a custom home builder. Jimmy has spent over 20 years as a general contractor, working on everything from high-end custom homes to large-scale land development. He teamed up with his sister-in-law, Becky Harward, an interior designer, previous home renovation business owner, and real estate agent to create HYVE Homes. Providing affordable homes that are not your typical “cookie-cutter” design. HYVE is also one of the ONLY home construction companies that has a woman’s presence in ownership which has created a fresh, female perspective to the home-building process.

Each HYVE home is inspired by the 1930's American Bungalow. These historic bungalows were small in size but rich in detail and function. We've added modern conveniences to that classic charm to create a unique building option. HYVE brings you unique single-family homes that are no cookie-cutter floor plan. We have six floor plans that all have a front porch of your dreams!

The team has grown, but we still have one goal: To provide a fresh, creative experience in a typically “generic” entry-level home market. As home prices reach record highs, their charming bungalow designs create a bridge for buyers who want an affordable option but who aren’t willing to live in a “box”.
