Once selected, we will schedule a Preconstruction and Design meeting. This meeting will allow you to sit down and discuss build details directly with the project manager and design specialist.

To purchase from HYVE Homes, Buyers must pre-qualify with the preferred lender, Cut Rate Home Loans. Approval takes 15 minutes once all information is provided. Benefits of using the preferred lender include expertise in new construction, responsiveness, incentives like a lower construction deposit and early access, and smoother communication for a faster process. You are not required to use Cut Rate Home Loans beyond the pre-approval
